Hotspot, Call Shop and Cyber Café Software : Manual Order Loading
In general orders
are directly made by customers from their navigation workstations. However,
sometimes a customer calls in an order to enter. In this case, the operator
can use this function to upload the order data. To access this function,
in the user area of the main window, you must firstly select the user
to load the order on and subsequently access this function using the Users
| Selected menu. A screen will be displayed which is identical to the
screen available on the workstations : you can enter the products with
the respective quantities and specify any notes to associate to the order.
