When your hotel guests open their laptops (or switch on the WI-FI on their mobile phones) they will immediately notice the presence of the hotel WI-FI network. Being an open (not closed) network, they can immediately connect to the wireless network from your Access Points. This does not mean, however, that the guests may immediately use the internet connection: They must first be granted authorization (because of anti-terrorism laws). The process is very simple: they simply need to open their browser and they will be automatically redirected to an authentication page like this:

By enabling "register online", a link will appear that will allow them to follow a registration procedure and automatically obtain their access data.
At this point users should insert their own User Name and the Password they received from the reception when they checked in. Once the guest is connected to the internet he/she can use any programme on the internet (browsers, chats, e-mail etc.)
