Having just selected the function from the Archives menu, the program requires you to select the folder containing the version 2 archives, which are normally positioned in "C:\Program Files\Softvision\Softvision Explorer\Data", after which the acquisition of old data is executed. This operation may last some minutes, depending on the amount of data to import. After importing, Software Explorer 4 will contain all the customer's data from the old archive, together with their navigation sessions.
