Hotspot, Call Shop and Cyber Café Software : Checkout Analysis
Thanks to this function, in the Checkout
menu, you can view and even change all the operations conducted after
opening the checkout or during an arbitrary time interval. You can also
filter the operations displayed, based on the operator conducting them.
All the data relevant to each operation is displayed : date and time, description, amount in (Checkout IN) and out (Checkout OUT) and the operator conducting the operation. These data are displayed with the checkout balance after each operation. The end of the table shows what the content of the checkout should be, based on the day's transactions. The estimated content can be compared with the actual content in the checkout to check for discrepancies. Lastly, the content of the table can be printed or exported in Excel or in Html using the respective buttons on the right of the window. |
